Report on “Earn, Learn, Donate” Program 2025

Report on “Earn, Learn, Donate” Program 2025 Organized by IQAC, Bhavan’s Shri A. K. Doshi Mahila College, Jamnagar Date: 01/08/2025 Venue: College Campus The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Bhavan’s Shri A. K. Doshi Mahila College, Jamnagar organized an innovative and socially driven event titled “Earn, Learn, Donate” on 1st August 2025 in the college campus. The core objective of the program was to instil confidence among students that they, too, can earn money through various business activities, and to nurture the values of social responsibility by donating their earnings for a noble cause. The program was inaugurated by the respected Principal Dr. Chetnaben Bhensadadiya, in the presence of all faculty members. In her inaugural address, Dr. Chetnaben inspired the students with an empowering speech, highlighting the significance of developing entrepreneurial skills at a young age and the moral duty of extending support to the underprivileged. She emphasized that earning and giving go hand in hand in building a compassionate society. A total of 50 students from the Arts Faculty actively participated in the entrepreneurial activities. They set up various stalls selling handmade crafts, food items, decorative articles, eco-friendly products, and services that reflected their creativity and business sense. The campus buzzed with enthusiasm and entrepreneurial energy throughout the event. What made the program truly special was its social commitment—the entire earnings from the event will be donated for the welfare of children living in the slums of Jamnagar. Through this, the students not only learned the practical aspects of running a business but also experienced the joy of contributing to society. The “Earn, Learn, Donate” program proved to be a valuable learning experience, helping students understand the principles of self-reliance, leadership, teamwork, and empathy. It also reinforced the importance of giving back to society, a value that the college has always strived to promote. The IQAC, under the guidance of the Principal and with the dedicated efforts of teachers and student volunteers, ensured the smooth and successful execution of the event. The college community looks forward to organizing more such initiatives that promote holistic development among students. Prepared by: IQAC Coordinator (Dr. Vipul V. Kapoor) Bhavan’s Shri A. K.
