Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Jamnagar Kendra reserves the right to cancel the admission or registration of a student at any time during the academic session. Once the admission process is completed, no refunds will be provided.
If parents choose to withdraw their child’s admission from the institute for any reason, no refund will be issued.
If parents or students have paid an excess amount at any time during the academic session via cheque, draft, credit/debit card, Electronic Fund Transfer, or cash, the excess amount will be adjusted against future term payments.
If Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Jamnagar Kendra needs to cancel an admission, the institute will inform the concerned student or parent about the reasons for the cancellation.
If the cancellation of admission by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Jamnagar Kendra is not on account of any disciplinary ground(s), the institute will refund the fees (amount to be determined on a case-by-case basis) to the parent or student via a crossed cheque made out to the parent.
